Return & Exchange Policy:

According to our after-sales policy, all products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt. For non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs ( both ways ).

Reasons for Return or Exchange:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect is found
  • The goods arrive damaged
  • The product differs from expectations (e.g. size, style, color, or otherwise not suitable for intended use)

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

Returned or exchanged items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In good condition, with no signs of use or mechanical damage;
  • In original, undamaged packaging with all accompanying items included;
  • The buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

Tracking number (TTN)

Payment details (if necessary)

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to your designated account within 7 business days. For non-quality related returns, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Warranty Policy:

All our products come with a one-year warranty. During this warranty period, if the product damage due to non-human causes, we will provide free repair service.
